Exchanges

Memberships can only be exchanged for memberships of equal or lower value when you made a mistake at the time of purchase and have not yet activated the service.
Memberships cannot be upgraded or downgraded to other memberships of any value.

Refund Time

We will notify you once we’ve received your refund application to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we’ll refund you on your original payment method within 7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we've approved your refund and you still haven't received it, please contact us using the contact information provided on the Contact Us page.

Payment Methods Limitations

Not all payment methods give us the option to refund the transaction (paysafecard and cryptocurrencies). If you have paid with a credit or debit card, we will refund to your credit or debit card. If you have used any other payment methods, it will be handled case by case. If the refund is not possible, the compensation will be done via our credit system, with a coupon code or with an exchange.
